We do require you to complete a new payment form every time you are placing an order online. We do not collect or store your financial information in any manner.

We do require you to complete an additional medical review form every time you are placing an order through out pharmacy because we do not collect or store this information. Your information is reviewed against the database of harmful medications and harmful situations that Fioricet should not be used with. After your medical history is reviewed and your prescription is approved, you are then forwarded to the online payment form.
